Institutional Development Plan

Shubham University, Bhopal has emerged as one of the premier institutions of higher education and learning in Madhya Pradesh since its establishment in 2022.

Driven by a commitment to excellence, innovation and entrepreneurship, the vision of Shubham University, is – “To transform the University into a globally recognized institute of excellence with tripartite wellspring relational objectives centered on learning, innovation, and entrepreneurship”.

Shubham University, has pitched itself as a forward-looking university bringing itself to the fore in terms of innovation, excellence and equity. Since its inception, Shubham University, has developed diverse domains of knowledge system in the teaching-learning process. The highest priority of the University is to provide quality teaching and undertaking quality research.

Despite its emphasis on traditional courses and programmes, such as Science, Arts, Engineering & Technology, Management, Social Sciences,  Legal Studies, Pharmacy and Agriculture. Proper attention and emphasis have been given on extracurricular activities and social outreach programmes.

As part of its development plan, Shubham University has prioritized the industry-academia interface through collaborating with multiple industries across the country, thereby facilitating the establishment Incubation Centres and Centres of Excellence. These are planned to operate as the germinating ground for developing new domains of innovative research.

The university has also launched plans for active collaboration with multiple Higher Educational Institutions in India and across the world. In pursuance of such collaborations, Faculties of the university made exchange visits and organized international seminars and conferences. The university has definitive plans for identifying specific areas of research so as to further develop meaningful collaborative research.

Moreover, in compliance with the recommendations of NEP 2020, Shubham University has stressed the need for holistic education and flexible modalities of research in interdisciplinary fields. As a result, a Centre for Interdisciplinary Studies has been developed which aims to organize and promote research and teaching in multiple correlative fields.

The university has always stressed the need for quality publications, especially those endorsed by Scopus or featuring in UGC-approved list of journals.
